# Live Agent Rating

Ketika Agen menutup percakapan dengan pelanggan, sistem akan secara otomatis mengirimkan feedback (pertanyaan survei) kepada pelanggan untuk menanyakan dan mengetahui bagaimana pelanggan menilai pelayanan Agen, bagaimana pendapat pelanggan tentang profesionalisme Agen, daya tanggap, bantuan, dll.

Jika pelanggan mengirimkan feedback, Anda dapat melihat feedback di **Analytic** > **Live agent** > **Live Agent Rating**. Anda dapat melihat jumlah rating dan skor rating rata-rata pada grafik live agent rating bar dan detail feedback yang diberikan oleh pelanggan.&#x20;
