# Intent Score

Total percentage bot digunakan untuk mengenali intent yang dimasukkan oleh pelanggan berdasarkan knowledge.

Dan kemudian, Anda akan melihat pop-up dari daftar intent score. Di bagian bawah, klik tombol 'Download'.
