# Download Bot Satisfaction

Anda juga dapat mendownload report bot satisfaction menjadi file (.xls dan .csv) dan disimpan ke drive untuk tampilan offline agar memungkinkan Anda untuk menganalisis hasil bot survey Anda menggunakan aplikasi eksternal. 

Untuk mendownload report, pergi ke halaman **Analytic,** pilih menu **Virtual Agent**, dan klik **Bot Overview**. Lalu, klik tombol **'Download'** pada bagian bot satisfaction.
