# Business Service

Fungsi fitur business service adalah untuk menampilkan persentase dialog yang paling sering mengenai atau mengakses ke bagian back-end dari total dialog yang tersedia. Pertama, masuk ke menu **Analytic** dan klik menu **Virtual Agent**, lalu klik **Business Service** yang dapat Anda temukan di sidebar kiri. 

Kemudian, pilih Bot untuk menampilkan data layanan bisnis, seperti di bawah ini.
