# Bot Assistant

Asisten Bot berfungsi untuk menampilkan saran pada percakapan antara Agen dengan pelanggan. Misalnya ketika Agent melakukan percakapan dengan pelanggan dan pesan dari pelanggan tersebut terdapat pada knowledge maka akan muncul saran bagi Agen untuk menjawab pertanyaan dari pelanggan. Fitur asisten bot ini merupakan fitur opsional yaitu, Anda dapat mengaktifkan atau menonaktifkan sesuai kebutuhan. Pilih Bot dan aktifkan **Asistant Bot** dengan cara klik tombol **'On'**.
