# New Line & InLine

Ketika ingin menentukan format untuk question dari respons bot yang dikirim, Anda dapat menggunakan '**InLine'** dan '**New Line'** . **InLine** digunakan jika Anda ingin mengirimkan question response di dalam satu bubble, sedangkan **New Line** dapat Anda gunakan jika ingin mengirimkan question response dengan bubble yang berbeda.&#x20;

Misalnya ketika Anda ingin membuat respon chatbot menggunakan **New Line**. Pertama, Anda perlu mengetikkan kalimat di bagian **'Enter your question here'** kemudian klik enter. Anda dapat menambahkan question lain dengan menuliskan kembali kalimat yang diinginkan dan klik enter. Kemudian klik tombol **'Add Response'** dan pilih '**New Line**' seperti gambar berikut.

Anda akan melihat kalimat otomatis menjadi dua bubble seperti gambar berikut.

Ketika Anda merasa ingin mengirimkan question response dengan 1 bubble ke pelanggan, Anda dapat menggunakan fitur **InLine**. Setelah memasukkan kalimat question, klik tombol **'Add Reponse'** dan pilih **'InLine'** sehingga question response berada dalam bubble yang sama.&#x20;
