# Send Audio

Untuk membuat percakapan Bot Anda lebih bervariasi daripada pesan teks standar, selain menggunakan gambar atau video, Anda juga dapat melampirkan informasi tambahan melalui audio. Anda dapat mengupload audio dengan jenis file 'mp3' dan 'wav', dengan maks. ukuran unggahan adalah 2MB.

Lalu bagaimana cara menambahkan atau melampirkan audio ke jawaban bot?

1. Buat aset di **Digital Library** > **'Send Audio'**. Kemudian pilih audio, input heading dan digital group, klik tombol 'save'. 
2. Buat knowledge dan lampirkan aset digital audio yang sudah dibuat di poin pertama. 
3. Langkah terakhir, pastikan Anda melampirkan knowledge tersebut ke bot.
