# Remove Knowledge

Terkadang Anda perlu menghapus knowledge dari sistem saat tidak lagi diperlukan. Dalam fitur FAQ Knowledge, Anda dapat **menghapus knowledge secara manual** satu per satu atau **menghapus semua knowledge berdasarkan modulnya**.

Misalnya ketika Anda ingin menghapus beberapa knowledge yang terdapat pada modul Dokumentasi, Anda perlu memilih knowledge yang akan Anda hapus dengan mencari knowledge berdasarkan judul atau question knowledge, lalu klik ikon **'Remove'**.

Kemudian, Anda akan diminta untuk mengkonfirmasi permintaan penghapusan, klik **'Yes'** untuk menghapus knowledge, atau Anda dapat mengklik **'No'** untuk kembali ke daftar halaman FAQ Knowledge.

Namun, jika Anda ingin menghapus semua knowledge yang terdapat pada modul Dokumentasi, Anda dapat mengklik ikon **'Remove'** pada modul.&#x20;
