# Ask Question Article
Dalam daftar think paragraph, pilih artikel dan klik tombol **'Ask'** (
). Ketika pelanggan menanyakan salah satu variasi pertanyaan dalam artikel berbasis knowledge, bot akan memberikan jawaban yang sesuai secara otomatis, seperti gambar di bawah ini.
Untuk mengecek fitur ini, Anda dapat mengetik pertanyaan apa saja yang berhubungan dengan artikel tersebut dan klik tombol **'Ask'**, maka akan muncul jawaban seperti gambar di bawah ini.
