# Edit Existing Agent Status

Terkadang, Anda perlu mengedit status yang telah ditambahkan. Mungkin hal ini diperlukan karena Anda ingin mengganti nama value tersebut atau mengubah status menjadi "True", sehingga agen tidak dapat menerima tiket saat berada pada status tersebut.

Untuk mengubah status, pilih status dan klik tombol **'Edit'.** Selanjutnya, akan muncul pop-up untuk melakukan perubahan status. Masukkan informasi yang baru, lalu klik tombol **'Save'** untuk menerapkan perubahan.
