# Form Management

Terkadang Anda perlu mengumpulkan informasi tambahan dari pelanggan, misalnya saat mereka ingin mendaftar di aplikasi. Untuk itu, Anda bisa menggunakan form. Sebelum form dikirim ke pelanggan, Anda perlu membuatnya terlebih dahulu di halaman form management. Di halaman ini, Anda juga bisa mengelola, memeriksa, dan memproses formulir yang telah dibuat. Pada menu form management terdapat dua menu yaitu **Form Record** dan **Form Builder**.&#x20;

Untuk memulai, masuk sebagai **Supervisor**, masuk ke menu **Customer Service** dan klik menu **Form Management**, maka Anda akan melihat halaman form management seperti gambar di bawah ini.
