# Remove Form Builder

Terkadang Anda perlu menghapus form dari sistem jika sudah tidak diperlukan lagi. Di halaman **Form Management**, pilih form dan klik ikon **'Remove'**. Kemudian, Anda akan diminta untuk mengkonfirmasi permintaan penghapusan, klik **'Yes'** untuk melanjutkan menghapus form atau Anda dapat mengklik **'No'** untuk kembali ke halaman form management.
