# Add Tags to Customer Contact

Setelah memahami cara menambahkan classifier, pertanyaan selanjutnya adalah: bagaimana menambahkan tag pada Customer Contact Anda?. Anda dapat menambahkan tag pada customer contact melalui halaman **Customer Contact** atau melalui halaman **Customer Support**.

Pada halaman Customer Contact, pilih kontak yang ingin Anda beri tag. Setelah itu, akan muncul pop-up 360 Customer View. Scroll ke bawah dan klik '**Select Tags'** untuk menambahkan tag pada kontak tersebut. Pilih tag yang diinginkan, lalu klik tombol '**Edit Tags'** untuk menyimpan. Setelah disimpan, tag akan tampil pada bagian Contact Tagging di halaman 360 Customer View Anda.

Anda juga dapat menambahkan tag pada Customer Contact melalui halaman **Customer Support**. Pilih tiket yang diinginkan, lalu klik avatar pelanggan. Setelah itu, akan muncul jendela pop-up 360 Customer View. Scroll ke bawah dan klik **'Select Tags'** untuk menambahkan tag pada kontak Anda. Pilih tag yang diinginkan, kemudian klik tombol '**Edit Tags'** untuk menyimpan.
