# Upload Agent's Attendance
Fitur ini memungkinkan Anda untuk dengan mudah mengubah jadwal beberapa agen sekaligus menggunakan upload file. Pertama, Anda perlu mengunduh file template, di sudut kiri atas, klik ikon **'Attendance Template'** ( 
).
Buka file attendance template yang telah diunduh. Kemudian, masukkan informasi jadwal agen yang diperlukan seperti email, tanggal, check in 1, check out 1, dll.
Jika file sudah siap, klik tombol **'Upload Shift'** untuk mengupload file, maka akan muncul pop-up untuk mengupload agents attendance dan klik tombol **'Choose'**. Kemudian, 3Dolphins akan mengarahkan Anda untuk mencari file di lokal. Pilih file dan klik tombol **'Open'**.
Jika template attendance berhasil diunggah, Anda akan melihat notifikasi sukses, dan attendance agen akan muncul di daftar seperti gambar di bawah ini.
