# Result of Create New Line Account Channel

Setelah menambahkan channel line, Anda harus menambahkan **'Port'** pada channel URL yang telah ditambahkan. Untuk mengetahui port channel, hover kursor ke arah nama channel kemudian masukkan port tersebut pada tombol 'Channel edit URL'.

Setelah itu kembali ke halaman developer line business Anda. Pada channel Messanger API pilih tab **Messanger API** kemudian masukkan channel URL yang sudah ditambahkan port ke field Webhook Settings.

Kemudian Anda dapat mengatur settings response untuk channel line Anda. Anda dapat mengaktifkan bot 3Dolphins pada channel line messanger API dengan cara mengatur field 'Auto-reply messages' klik edit dan pilih webhook 'Enabled'.

Setelah itu aktifkan channel line account dengan mengklik toggle pada channel line account yang telah ditambahkan menjadi online.

Buat percakapan pada bot channel yang telah Anda buat sebelumnya pada aplikasi line.

Maka, tiket Anda akan masuk ke halaman **Inbox** milik agen.
