# Skype

Skype merupakan aplikasi pesan instan yang dapat digunakan untuk melayani pelanggan Anda. Kami akan mengubah seluruh interaksi pelanggan Anda dengan skype bot menjadi tiket masuk yang dapat dilayani oleh agen. Sehingga alangkah baiknya untuk membuat bot terlebih dahulu. Selanjutnya, hubungkan bot Anda sebagai channel pada aplikasi 3Dolphins. 

Bagian berikutnya merupakan penjelasan langkah untuk membuat tiket masuk dari skype bot Anda. Kami telah meringkas langkah tersebut agar mempermudah pembuatan channel skype Anda.
