# Result of Create New Skype Channel

Klik aktifkan toggle untuk mengaktifkan skype channel telah ditambahkan.

Di channel bot, pilih dan klik channel **'Skype'**.

 Di layar, klik tombol  **'Add to Contacts'**.

 Dan pop-up mengirim pesan ke bot skype Anda akan muncul.

Di skype account, masukkan pesan Anda.

Pesan pelanggan di bot Anda akan masuk sebagai tiket ke tab **'Inbox'** Agen atau supervisor tab **'Unassigned'**.
