Smartcall merupakan salah satu channel yang berguna untuk membuat tiket telepon.  Channel ini dapat mengubah seluruh panggilan masuk menjadi tiket yang dapat dilayani oleh agen dan dapat melakukan panggilan keluar untuk menjangkau pelanggan Anda. Kami mendukung integrasi dengan Smartcall dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah seperti yang dijelaskan.
