Pelanggan melakukan panggilan ke nomor smartcall Anda kemudian menjadi tiket ke tab **'Telephony'** Agent atau supervisor dengan kategori tiket '**Inbound**'.

Anda juga dapat membuat tiket keluar dengan menghubungi nomor pelanggan Anda dimana itu akan menjadi tiket di tab **Telephony** Agen atau Supervisor dengan kategori tiket '**Outbound**'.
