# Attach Bot

Untuk mendapatkan respons bot saat Anda mengirim pesan, perlu untuk melampirkan bot milik Anda. Anda dapat menemukannya di menu **Bot Settings** > **Bot Manager** > **Channel Deployment**. Kemudian, pasang telegram account Anda dari available channel dengan mengklik tombol 'plus'.

Sekarang Anda dapat menggunakan akun ini untuk memulai percakapan. Pelanggan Anda dapat mengirim pesan ke nomor telegram account Anda yang telah terdaftar di omnichannel 3Dolphins untuk memulai percakapan. Dan, chat akan masuk ke tab **Unassigned** Supervisor, atau tab **Inbox** Agen.
