# Result of Create New Channel Webex

Klik aktifkan toggle untuk mengaktifkan channel Webex yang telah ditambahkan.

Buka akun webex Anda lalu, pergi ke tab **Messaging** dan klik tombol **'+'** kemudin pilih **'Send a Direct Message'**.

Pada field search 'Add people by name or email' masukkan nama ataupun username bot Anda dan kirim pesan ke bot Anda untuk memulai percakapan. Setelah Anda selesai melakukannya, Anda akan melihat bahwa bot Anda telah menanggapi percakapan Anda.

Dan percakapan Anda akan masuk sebagai tiket baru pada tab **Inbox** milik Agen seperti gambar di bawah ini.
