# Attach Feedback Template

Anda harus terlebih dahulu melampirkan feedback template ke channel Anda sebelum dapat menggunakannya.Pergi ke menu **Quality Assurance** lalu, klik halaman **Feedback template**. Pada halaman feedback template, pilih template yang akan dilampirkan, lalu klik tombol **'Attach'**.

Kemudian, Anda akan melihat pop-up untuk attach feedback template pada channel. Pilih channel yang Anda inginkan pada bagian available channel dan klik tombol **'plus'** atau Anda dapat menggunakan tombol **'Attach All Channel'** untuk memilih seluruh channel. Setelah itu, Anda akan melihat channel yang telah berhasil diattach pada bagian Attached Channel.

**Note:** Hanya satu feedback template yang dapat digunakan oleh tiap channel. Channel tersebut nantinya akan dihapus dari daftar available channel ketika sudah memiliki feedback template.
