# Blocked

Usually, users in this blocked tab are users who have a blocked account because they have entered the maximum login or user account that has expired.

To unblock a blocked user, go to **Administration** menu > **User Management** > **Blocked** tab. This will take you to a list of the blocked user. Select the user and click the **'Unlock'** icon (![](/files/-MSbA_MsBcIdzc0ODtEq)), as shown below.
