Download Bot Satisfaction

You can also download bot satisfaction reports into files (.xls and .csv) and save them to drive for offline viewing to analyze your bot survey's result using external applications.

To download the report, go to the Analytics page, select the Virtual Agent menu, and click Bot Satisfaction. Then, click the 'Download' button on the bot satisfaction section.
