# How to Using 3Dolphins Anywhere

The mechanism for using 3Dolphins Anywhere v2.0.4 is as follows :

Download and Install the free iOS and Android **3Dolphins Anywhere** apps in ‘App Store‘ or ‘Play Store‘. It lets you stay connected to your website visitors outside of the office. You can chat with your customers anywhere and impress your customers with constant support. For the use of apps, it is better to use **‘IOS version 11.4‘** and **‘Android version 6.01’**.

Then, open the 3Dolphins Anywhere app and you will see a user interface of 3Dolphins Anywhere, tap the **‘Next’** button until you see the user interface to sign in to your server.

&#x20;Enter your server link address, copy and paste the URL up to **‘/dolphin/ apiv1’** e.g *https\://\[server]/dolphin/apiv1*, tap the **‘Connect‘** button.

You will see a login page of 3Dolphins Anywhere, you can log in as **Supervisor** or **Operator**. Type your ‘Username’ (your email address) and ‘Password‘ in the column provided. You should enter your username and password that have been registered in 3Dolphins SRM and tap the **‘Sign in‘** button.

### Forgot Password

In the 3Dolphins anywhere login page, if you forget your password you can tap the ‘**Forgot Password**‘ button to send a request to reset your password by sending the reset link to your email address. To be able to receive a password reset link, please enter your registered email address correctly, because the password reset link will be sent to your email address.
