Search Ticket

On the dashboard anywhere page, you can search tickets based on ‘customer name‘, ‘ticket number‘, or ‘body ticket (message)‘.

On the supervisor page, you can search tickets on the inbox tab, unassigned tab, team tab, or closed tab. But, on the agent or operator page, you can search tickets on the inbox tab, escalated tab, transferred tab, or closed tab.
