# Search Ticket

On the dashboard anywhere page, you can search tickets based on ‘customer name‘, ‘ticket number‘, or ‘body ticket (message)‘.

On the supervisor page, you can search tickets on the **inbox** tab, **unassigned** tab, **team** tab, or **closed** tab. But, on the agent or operator page, you can search tickets on the **inbox** tab, **escalated** tab, **transferred** tab, or **closed** tab.
