# Task Notification

Notifikasi adalah fitur bermanfaat yang memungkinkan Anda mengetahui apa yang sedang terjadi dengan task Anda. Anda dapat menerima berbagai notifikasi terkait aktivitas pada task dan juga tiket. Untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut tentang notifikasi tiket, Anda dapat merujuk ke halaman ini. 

Anda akan menerima notifikasi task jika ada terdapat aktivitas pada task seperti ketika seseorang menambahkan Anda sebagai obeserver, participant, atau responsible person. Anda juga akan mendapatkan notifikasi jika ada seseorang yang mengomentari task Anda.

Anda juga akan menerima push notification terkait task Anda. Push notification akan memberi tahu Anda tentang chat dan pesan baru dari pelanggan, task dari karyawan, atau chat dari team chat.
