# Team Chat

Fitur baru dari team chat collaboration memungkinkan Anda untuk berdiskusi dengan user lain (Agen atau Supervisor) di channel, grup pribadi, atau Direct Message (DM) milik Anda.

Untuk dapat melakukan chat menggunakan fitur team chat Anda harus menambahkan user Anda ke dalam team collaboration chat pada omnichannel 3Dolphins, pilih menu **Administration** > **User Management** > klik tab **User** maka, akan muncul halaman daftar user. Pilih user dan klik tombol **'add'** (![](/files/-MWhZUOK2-Bl45P2tWei)).
