# Reassign Ticket

Reassign adalah proses pemindahan tiket dari satu support Agen ke support agent lainnya. Reassign tiket biasanya terjadi ketika tiket ternyata lebih cocok dihandle oleh anggota tim lain atau tim lain jika memerlukan tindak lanjut.&#x20;

Di tab team/inbox/unassigned, pilih dan buka tiket. Kemudian Anda akan melihat chat conversation, di sudut kanan atas, ketuk tombol **'option'** dan pilih **'Reassign'**.

Anda akan melihat daftar dari team member Anda, pilih team member untuk menerima tiket yang akan dipindahkan. Jika tiket berhasil dipindahkan, Supervisor tidak lagi dapat membalas tiket. Namun, Supervisor tetap dapat memantau tiket di tab team.
