# Takeover Ticket

Bergantung pada cara Anda mengelola permintaan support yang masuk, tiket dapat secara otomatis ditugaskan ke Agen yang tersedia. Jika Anda ingin mengevaluasi dan menugaskan tiket secara manual maka, assign tiket tersebut ke diri Anda sendiri akan semudah memilih tiket yang telah diassign. 

Di tab team/unassigned, pilih dan buka tiket. Kemudian Anda akan melihat chat conversation, di sudut kanan atas, ketuk tombol **'option'** dan pilih **'Reassign'**.

Anda akan melihat daftar team member lalu, assign tiket tersebut untuk diri Anda sendiri. Jika tiket berhasil diambil alih, tiket akan berpindah ke tab inbox supervisor dan selanjutnya Supervisor dapat menangani tiket tersebut.
