Sometimes, you need to modify the knowledge in the system, either due to updates or corrections to the data. Making these changes ensures that the available information remains accurate and relevant.
To edit knowledge, go to Bot Settings and click the FAQ Knowledge submenu. Then, search for or select the knowledge you want to edit. Click the 'Edit' button () on the right side and edit knowledge you want.
For example, if you want to edit the Answer Pattern by adding an asset related to customer satisfaction with the chatbot's response. Before adding the asset, make sure to create that using Send Option library and save it in a folder. You can find more details about creating the send option library on page.
When you have finished, click 'Save Knowledge' to save the modified knowledge.
Once the Send Option library has been successfully created, you can locate the folder by using the search feature. After that, click on the folder until it turns green, then click the icon ().
To attach Send Option, you can click the 'Attach' icon ()on the desired Send Option. Once it has been attached to the Answer Pattern, click the 'Add' button.
