# Ask Question Article

In the think paragraph list, select the article and click the **'Ask'** (<img src="/files/g6t45x7AtK7iTJU0Zak0" alt="" data-size="line">) button. When a customer asks any of the question variations in the knowledge base article, the bot will deliver the appropriate answer automatically, like in the picture below.

To check this feature, you can type any question that is related to the article and click button **'Ask**', so it will show answer such image below.
