# Download Contact

You can generate and download all or part of your customer contacts to (.xls and .csv) and save them to your local drive for offline viewing which can be used for analysis, sharing, or backup data for backup purposes. On the **Customer Contact** page, click the **'Export Contact'** button in the upper right corner. Then you will see a pop-up form to export customer data as shown below.

**Component Explanation:**

| Name                 | Description                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    |
| -------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Export Customer Data | <p>Select the customer contact you'd like to download. </p><ul><li>All = You will download all customer contacts on the 3Dolphins app.</li><li>Blocked = You will only download blocked customer contacts.</li><li>Not Blocked = You will only download unblocked customer contacts.</li></ul> |
| Export Customer Data | <p>If you select <strong>Created Date</strong>, your download file customer contact will be dependent on when contact was made. <br>Meanwhile, if you select <strong>Modified Date</strong>, your download file customer contact will be based contact's most recent update.</p>               |
| Start Date           | To display customer's contact from the selected date.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          |
| End Date             | To display customer's contact up to the selected date.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         |
| Field                | You can add additional fields to the downloaded customer contact file according to the fields you choose.                                                                                                                                                                                      |
