Chat History
Chat history is an archive of transcripts from online chat or instant chat conversations. Just in case you need to save the chat history for company documentation, this feature allows you to download the chat conversations between customers and agents from live chat.
To download the chat, click the 'Attachment' button in the conversation chat. Then, select and click the 'Chat History'. Chat history will be automatically downloaded in .pdf file format, such images below.
