# Remove Email Template
If an email template is no longer needed, You can delete it from the system. Select the template you want to delete, then click the **'Delete'** button ( 
). Next, a deletion confirmation pop-up will appear. Click the **'Yes'** button to confirm and continue the deletion process, or click **'No'** to cancel and return to the Email Template page.
