# Remove Form Builder Sometimes you need to remove the form from a system when it’s no longer needed. On the **Form Management** page, select the form, and click the 'Remove' icon. Then, you will be prompted to confirm the remove request, click **‘Yes’** to proceed remove your selected form or you can click **‘No’** to return to the form management page.
