Digital Library
Digital Library is a module that can make your Bot conversations more varied than standard text messages by adding cards, options, images, document, audio and video with text in one message. Digital Libraries can be used for a variety of purposes, such as displaying product information, asking message recipients to choose from a set of predefined options, and displaying search results.
- Login as ‘Trainer‘, for the 3Dolphins SRM login mechanism, do the steps described on the ‘Login‘ page,

- Go to Bot Settings and click the digital library menus, then you will see a digital library page such as images below.

Create New Digital Library
To create a new digital asset is not a complicated process, but there certainly are some things that need to be done if you want attach digital asset in a FAQ knowledge. To begin, you’ll need information about a product or service you want to create as asset. Digital library management consist of six (6) component, i.e :
- Send Card
- Send Option
- Send Images
- Send Document
- Send Video
- Send Audio
Send Card
Send card which allows you to combine images and buttons in one object, and send them to the user, and you can also include multiple attachments in a carousel layout, which places the attachments side by side and allows the user to scroll across.

Text Message
To display the answer from the bot in the form of a button. This button will sends a text message. This button useful for offering the message customers options to choose from, such as pre-determined responses to a question, or actions to take. You can upload cards with file types ‘gif’, ‘jpg’ and ‘png’, with max. the upload size is 2MB.

Message | This field is a payload (a question contained in the FAQ Knowledge). |
Digital Form
To display bot answers by using or attaching a form. This form is useful for asking the message recipient to fill in information such as the message recipient’s personal data or other things.

Buy Action
Buy action is an asset that can be used to create a product that can be attached to a knowledge answer. For example, when you will create a knowledge about product sales so that customers can immediately make transactions via chatbot, then you need to create digital assets regarding products to be sold through the digital library by selecting the digital asset send card by adding a buy action button.

Digital Content
To display the answer from the bot in the form of a button. This button will direct you to blog or content that has been created in page builder. This button is useful for offering the message customers options to read more about the product in question via the content attached to the Bot answer.

Send Option
To display the answer from the bot in the form of a button. This button useful for offering the message customers options to choose from, such as pre-determined responses to a question, or actions to take.

Send Image

You can upload image with file types ‘gif’, ‘jpg’ and ‘png’, with max. the upload size is 2MB.

Send Document

This document is useful for providing additional information to customers in the form of pdf, doc or xls files, so that customers can view and read information offline. You can upload document with ‘doc’, ‘docx’, ‘pdf’, ‘xls’ and ‘xlsx’ file types, with max. size upload is 2MB.

Send Audio
To make your Bot conversations more varied than standard text messages, apart from using images or videos, you can also attach additional information via audio. You can upload audio with ‘mp3’ and ‘wav’ file types, with max. size upload is 2MB.

Remove Digital Library
Sometimes you need to remove the digital asset from a system when it’s no longer needed or other problem.
In the digital library management page, select the digital asset and click the remove icon. Then, you will be prompts to confirm the remove request, click ‘Yes‘ to proceed remove digital asset or you can click ‘No‘ to return to the digital library management page.
