Live Chat Widget Properties

Live Chat widget properties allow you to configure, modify or even enable or disable some widget elements to match the appearance of your company website. You can find the Live chat property widget in index-debug.html under the document.ready section.


Style

Icon Avatar

icon_avatar is a properties that is used to set the live chat widget icon. This icon will be displayed and clickable on the pages of your website, so your customers can start a chat with your bot or online agent. The value of the icon_avatar properties could be a URL, for example (icon_avatar:’/images/xxx.png’).


Avatar

avatar is a properties that is used to set the live chat avatar which is located at the top of the chatbox. The value of the avatar properties can be a URL, for example (avatar:’http://www.xxxxxxxxxx/xxxx/images/logo/xxx.png‘).


Agent Avatar

agent_avatar is a properties that is used to set the agents avatar that will be displayed to the left of message bubbles sent by bots or agents in the customer chat window. The value of the agent_avatar properties could be a URL, for example (agent_avatar:’http://www.xxxxxxxxxx/xxxx/images/logo/xxx.png‘).


Is Waiting Text Icon

is_waiting_text_icon is a properties that is used to enable or disable the text connecting service after clicking the live chat icon, the connecting text will be displayed with a blinking animation.

For example, if the value of the properties “is_waiting_text_icon=true”, then the connecting icon will be displayed. However, if the value of the properties “is_waiting_text_icon=false”, then the connecting icon will not be displayed, and this is the default value for the is_waiting_text_icon properties.


Waiting Text Icon

waiting_text_icon is a properties that is used to set or specify the text to be displayed when the User waits for the login form to be displayed after the User clicks the live chat icon or widget on your Web Site. By default, the value of the waiting_text_icon properties is “Connecting…”.


Chat Background

chat_background is a properties that is used to set the chat background for live chat. If the value of the properties is not filled, then the chat background will automatically be white, as shown in the example image below.


By default, the value of the chat_background properties is “null”. For example, we input the value of the chat_background properties (chat_background: ‘http://{url_driver}/images/xxx.svg’). So, the chat background will be displayed as in the example image below.


No Header

no_header is a properties that is used to enable or disable the header in live chat. If the value of properties “no_header = true”, then live chat will be displayed without using a header, as shown in the image below.


However, if the value of the properties “no header = false”, then the live chat form will be displayed using the header and this is the default value of the no_header properties.
