Sales

Sales analytics allow you to pull up the detailed information you need to understand what’s happening in your business and make data-driven decisions. By default, sales analytics will show the “Deal Progress” report.

Login as ‘Sales Manager’, for the 3Dolphins SRM login mechanism, do the steps described on the ‘Login‘ page.


Go to Analytic menu and select the Sales menus, then you will see a sales report page such as images below.


Deal Progress

The deal progress will give you the ability to see the deal advancement through stages, so you can see how well your deals have been progressing through your sales cycle. In addition, you can see your data by “Value” or “Count” based on the filtered selected.

Hovering the cursor to each stage will display the deal count or average value. Deal progress can be downloaded to a .xls file and saved to your local drive for offline viewing such as analysis, sharing, or backup purposes.


The Bar Chart above explains about :

  1. The Y-axis represents stages on selected pipeline

  2. The X-axis represents the number of deals or the total value depending on which metric is selected (count/value).

  3. If the count metric is selected, blue dots on the chart represents total value.

  4. If the value metric is selected, blue dots on the chart represents the total number of deals.

  5. The number of deals represents the number of deals that are on and went through the stage.

  6. The value of deals represents the total value of deals that are on and went through the stage.


Deal Conversion

Helps you to display the number of deals that has through each stage, such as count of won deals, lost deals and convert to next stage. In addition, you can view the value or revenue from won deal and you can see your data by “Value” or “Count” based on the filtered selected.

If you view report by count, when you hovering the cursor to bar chart on each stage will display the deal count from deal won, converted to next stage and deal lost. But, if you view report by value, You can only view the value or revenue of the deals won. Deal conversion can be downloaded to a .xls file and saved to your local drive for offline viewing such as analysis, sharing, or backup purposes.


The Bar Chart above explains about :

  1. The Y-axis represents stages on selected pipeline

  2. The X-axis represents the number of deals or the total value depending on which metric is selected (count/value).

  3. The number of concluded deals represents the number of deals that went through the stage.

  4. The conversion to next stage represents the ratio of the number of the deal went to the next stage compared to the total of deals went through the stage.

  5. The conversion to lost represents the ratio of the number of the deal went to the stage and ended up lost, compared to the number of closed deals.

  6. The conversion to won represents the ratio of the number of the deal went to the stage and ended up won, compared to the number of closed deals.


Deal Won

See instantly the count or value of your company won deals based on the users. So, you can see which members of your team drive the most sales. In addition, you can see your data by “Value” or “Count” based on the filtered selected.

Hovering the cursor to each user will display the number of deal won or won value. Deal won report can be downloaded to a .xls file and saved to your local drive for offline viewing such as analysis, sharing, or backup purposes.

Deal Lost

See instantly the count or value of your company lost deals based on the users. So, you can improvement the sales strategies to increase sales of your product. In addition, you can see your data by “Value” or “Count” based on the filtered selected.

Hovering the cursor to each user will display the number of deal lost or lost value. Deal lost report can be downloaded to a .xls file and saved to your local drive for offline viewing such as analysis, sharing, or backup purposes.

Filter Report

Each report can be filtered by pipeline, group and you can adjust the date range to see deals performance and sales performance. You can see your data by “ Value ” or “Count“.

In the example image below, we filter deals data from date “01/01/2020” to date “30/11/2020” based on “New Pipeline” in the “Sales” group.


Download Report

Each report can be generated and downloaded to a .xls file and saved to your local drive for offline viewing such as analysis, sharing, or backup purposes. In the upper right corner, click “Download” button. Then, in the dialog box of download report click “Generate Report” .


And then, file will be generated and you can download the file by clicking “Download” icon. If you open the file, data will displayed as shown images below.
