# Filter Shift

Filter shift allows Supervisors to view shift schedules based on the agent’s name. Select and tick the agent name selected and click the **'Apply Filter'** button.&#x20;

After clicking the **'Apply Filter'** button, you will see a list of shift mapping based on the agent name selected.
