# What should I do if the user still has an active session?

Sometimes, you may forget to log out from your 3Dolphins account after using it or, accidentally close your browser. Thus, will prevent you from being able to log in because you still have an active session like the images below.

If you're having trouble like that, here are some things you can try: 

1. Contact your **Administrator.**
2. Try login again by using your credentials username and password.

But if you are **an Administrator**, follow the steps below to resolve this problem:

1. Go to the **Administration** menu. 
2. Click the **User Management** page.
3. Click the **Active** tab.
4. Select the user that you wanted to kick.
5. 6. Try login again by using your credentials username and password.&#x20;
