How to Add Instagram Platform to Your Facebook App
Go to your Facebook Developer Account and click 'Product' button.
From the product list page click on the 'Set Up' button from the product name 'Instagram Graph API'. The Instagram Graph API platform will be added to your app, and the Instagram settings console will be displayed.
