Create New Skype Account

Go to skype.com. Then, in the top right corner and click 'Sign In'. On the dropdown menu, click 'Sign Up'.

You will be prompted to create a new account using phone number. Enter your phone number and click 'Next'.

Create a password and click 'Next'.

To verify your email, enter the code that was sent to your email. Then, click 'Next'.

Follow the steps to confirm you are not a robot to create your account. After done, click 'Done'.

Congratulations, you already have skype account. Sign in using your new account and directly use Skype features such as sending messages or making video calls.
