# Create New Skype Account

Go to [skype.com](https://www.skype.com/en/). Then, in the top right corner and click **'Sign In'**. On the dropdown menu, click **'Sign Up'.**

You will be prompted to create a new account using phone number. Enter your phone number and click **'Next'**.

Or, you can create a new account using email address. Enter your email and click **'Next'**.

Create a password and click **'Next'**.

Enter your first name and last name then click **'Next'**.

To verify your email, enter the code that was sent to your email. Then, click **'Next'**.

Follow the steps to confirm you are not a robot to create your account. After done, click **'Done'**.

Congratulations, you already have skype account. Sign in using your new account and directly use Skype features such as sending messages or making video calls.
