# Telegram Account

Telegram is a messaging app that can be used to serve your customers. On 3Dolphins SRM, we support integration with your telegram account by following the steps as described. So, when your customer makes interaction on your telegram account it will convert to a ticket immediately, and your customer support will handle the ticket as quickly as they can.
