# YouTube

YouTube is a social media app that allows to view, send and share videos. On 3Dolphins SRM, we support integration with your YouTube channel by following the steps as described. So, when your customer leaves a comment on your YouTube channel it will convert to a ticket immediately, and your customer support team will handle the ticket as quickly as they can.
