After you have finished configuring the notification message content, the next step is to set the delivery time. There are two available options: Send now, which means the message will be sent immediately, and Schedule, which allows you to specify a particular time for the broadcast delivery, as shown in the image below.
Send or Schedule Notification
If you want the broadcast to be sent right away, then select the Send Now option in the Sending Options field then click the 'Send Now' button in the upper right corner of the page, the notification message will be sent immediately as shown below.

If you want to schedule a notification to be sent at a specific time, select the Schedule option in the Sending Options field, then choose the desired Date and Time as shown in the image below.

Then, click the 'Schedule' button at the top right corner of the page, and the notification will be created immediately and displayed as shown in the image below.
