Edit and Delete Notification

Sometimes you need to edit the notifications, maybe because of an error or other problem. Or maybe you also need to delete a notification if it's no longer needed. However, notifications that can be edited and deleted are notifications with "Scheduled", "Draft", and "Failed" status, notifications with "Sending" or "Sent" status cannot be changed anymore.

Edit Notification

Edit notification can only be done on notifications with the status "Scheduled", "Draft", and "Failed". You can edit the notification by clicking one of the notifications, then click the 'Edit' button in the top right corner of the page, as shown below.

You can click the 'Cancel' button if you want to cancel the changes or click the 'Save Changes' button to save the edited notification.

For notifications with the status "Failed", you can change them by clicking one of the notifications, then click the 'Retry' button on the warning notification at the top of the page, then will show pop-up confirmation, click 'Yes' to edit, and click 'No' to cancel.

Delete Notification

Delete notification can only be done on notifications with the status "Scheduled", and "Draft". You can delete notification by clicking on one of the notifications and clicking the 'Delete' button in the upper right corner of the page, then a confirmation pop-up will appear, click 'Yes' to delete, and click 'No' to cancel.
