Header Template
You can optionally add a header to the template message. The header is content that is above the message section. There are 2 (two) options for the header, i.e. Text and Media.
Header Text
If you want to add a header in text, you can select the 'Text' option in the header field dropdown, then input the header in the text field below the dropdown field, you can input a maximum of 60 characters, and a preview of the text will appear on the left side of the page.
Header Media
If you want to add a header with media, you can select the 'Media' option in the header field dropdown, there are 3 media options, i.e. Video, Image, and Document. You can select one of the media types, and a preview of the media will appear on the left side of the page.
