# Automation **Task Automation** is a feature used to create and manage automated actions, allowing tasks to be completed faster and more efficiently without the need for manual execution. Similar to **Ticket Automation**, the **Task Automation** feature is also controlled through the creation of **Triggers**. Each Trigger has specific rules, and when its conditions are met, the system will automatically perform one or more actions according to the predefined rules. To use this feature, navigate to the **Task Management** menu, click on **Automation**, and you will be directed to the Automation page as shown in the illustration below.
