Task Automation is a feature used to create and manage automated actions, allowing tasks to be completed faster and more efficiently without the need for manual execution.
Similar to Ticket Automation, the Task Automation feature is also controlled through the creation of Triggers. Each Trigger has specific rules, and when its conditions are met, the system will automatically perform one or more actions according to the predefined rules.
To use this feature, navigate to the Task Management menu, click on Automation, and you will be directed to the Automation page as shown in the illustration below.
