Delete Automation

The Delete feature is used to remove an existing automation rule or workflow. Deletion is typically performed when an automation is no longer relevant to the business process, when requirements have changed, or when it needs to be replaced with a new rule.

To begin, click on the module listed in the module panel on the right side of the automation page. Then, click the Delete Automation button, and a pop-up will appear to confirm the deletion of the module. Click Yes if you want to delete the automation, or click No if you want to cancel the deletion process, as shown in the illustration below.

Duplicate Automation

The Duplicate feature is used to copy or replicate an existing automation rule. With this function, you don’t need to create a new automation from scratch; instead, you can duplicate an existing rule and then adjust it according to your needs.

To begin, click on the module listed in the module panel on the right side of the automation page. Then, click the Duplicate Automation Module button. A success notification will appear, as shown in the illustration below.
